Research Focus

Isabell Villanueva focuses on deep disagreements that take place in the high courts. She analyses sources of disagreement in split decisions that occurred in the German Bundesverfassungsgericht and the US Supreme Court and aims to develop a rational approach to peer disagreement in law.
